Bike Valet for Your Event
Hosting an event? We can help make it easier for guests to ride! Our bike parking setup can accommodate up to 160 bicycles and includes everything you need for a smooth experience. Choose self-park or let us handle it with valet service, complete with friendly volunteers to park and secure bikes. We’ll take care of setup and teardown, or you can manage the equipment yourself if preferred. Pricing details are listed below.

Rack Rental – Delivered
GGRBC delivers, sets up, and breaks down racks but does not stay to park the bikes. The Event Organizer may want to provide volunteer(s) to assist bicycle riders with bicycle parking.

Event Bike Parking / Valet Service Rental Agreement
The Greater Grand Rapids Bicycle Coalition can provide a variety of bike parking services for your event.
GGRBC and the Event Organizer will determine the date, time, and set-up location for equipment delivery. GGRBC will work with the Event Organizer to locate the bike corral in a convenient and safe area with optimal proximity to the event entrance. Equipment will be set up 0.5 hours before the start of the event and taken down 0.5 hours after the end of the event.
For Customer Rental and Self-Park Rental the Event Organizer assumes all responsibility for the security and care of GGRBC equipment during the time specified below. GGRBC assumes no responsibility for the security or care of bicycles or other equipment at the event. All rented equipment must be returned in the condition that it was received. Equipment that is lost or damaged must be replaced with exact or comparable equipment.

Equipment is picked up from Bouma Self-Storage, 3700 Mill Creek Ave NE, Comstock Park, MI 49321, at the date and time indicated in the agreement.
